Community partners are a very important part of keeping things rolling in any school system. Pulaski County Public Schools have been very fortunate to have many long and lasting relationships throughout the years, and recently one of those made a very generous donation to help make sure Pulaski County students are better prepared for the classroom.

First Bank & Trust Company of Fairlawn visited the School Board Office Wednesday to deliver a large donation of school supplies, along with a check for $2,500 to help ease the transition into the new school year for students and parents.

The donations were collected as a part of their annual “Pack the Bus” campaign, which helps collect school supplies for students in need. The campaign ran from June 17 to July 31, collecting donations at their Fairlawn office, located at 7305 Peppers Ferry Blvd.donation 2
